Change In Plans

Good morning folks...on my second cup of tea here at 8:00am.  I didn't finish the season off as planned, but it is what it is, eh...lol. I tripped on Sunday evening and broke my foot, so, I am out of commission for a lot of my routine chores.  It really throws one when things change so drastically all of a sudden.  I'm in no pain, which is wonderful! Just learning new ways to do things..lol

This is my right foot for hard to say how long now.  And I am in a wheel chair to get around, borrowed from a wonderful friend.  I would have been lost without her this week. Things will come together though, and I will work on quilting as much as I can.

It is so nice to have people who can help like this, as wheel chairs and things aren't always available when you need them.

I finished hand quilting this custom order yesterday...now to bind and load the next order for this lady.

The next one is totally different..pics later when finished.

Welcome to My House

Good morning all...today is my day to show my little project for this hop. I love these blog hops, don't you all?  Thanking Carol, again, from Just Let Me Quilt for the hard work in organizing these for us.

I thoroughly enjoyed making this piece..even though it is small...lol.  It is not your regular house, but it is a house. So, here we go....

This piece is a table runner, with fusible applique, and a little machine quilting to finish it off.

Again...since outdoor changed the true colour.

What I'm Up To

Hey folks...haven't posted my WIPs this week, but I am very busy.  I am hand quilting the Giant Dahlia, piecing Bella, and hubby and I have our Barn Quilts to show you.   Garden is slowing down now...
