Sun is Out...Snow melting!!!!

Hello everyone...a beautiful day here in New Brunswick.  Still plenty cool, but getting there! How are you all?

I am plugging away at quilts...getting ready for shop opening.  I love this life, don't you all?

Got a Few Pics

A nicer day here today folks...sunny and just below 0 celcius.  I'm getting a cold(grrrrr) but plugging along.

A custom order for a young lady....Dresden  Plate...Hand quilted.

I hand quilted this one...not my quilt top, and don't know the name.

Lately, I'm just quilting up some small items that have been sitting around...

like table runners and placemats...getting them out of the way. Will soon get

back to large quilts on the longarm.  I have an applique Butterfly being 

 hand quilted.  Nice being  back...hope to hear more from folks, and I'll get 

around to visiting more blogs very soon!!

Good morning folks…just touching base.

It is sunny but cold here today…I am keeping busy though.  I just took one off of Lily, have a Dresden plate being hand quilted and I am also doing some piecing.

A Cloudy but Productive Day

Hello everyone...I keep saying that I am getting back to my blog posts, but I am finding it so difficult.

Over time...aging...and all the other things that have gone on, I am striving, but not getting too far.

I am still doing the exact same things, as far as quilting, but...family has grown, and blogging has changed.so very much.  I cant seem to reach the people I did before...and I find it difficult to write a post.

I was so used to the QALs and Giveaways....that was the enjoyment for me.  I am the one who left because of being busy and losing interest, and now...it isn't the same. But, making the effort.

What are the rest of you doing to get past this?  I really miss sitting with tea in the morning and going

through blog posts.  I am going to try harder!!

In the meantime, here are a few of my latest projects.

This is one I made for my grand daughter and her husband for Christmas.  They are both

RCMP.  

This is Grandmother's Flower Garden...done with the Diamond Ruler designed by Krista Moser

for Creative Grids.  Very easy to make, but don't think I would enjoy making it bigger than a baby

size because it is all one shape and gets a bit tedious...but easy peasy.  Thanks Krista!

Now for my little girls....love them so very much!  My two great grand daughters.

Paisley is 2 years old...and

                                                             Soliel(Sonny) is 3 months old.

                                                        

  They bring joy to our hearts everyday.  I just finished quilting a large quilt on Lily a few minutes ago.

   I will send pics to the laptop later and show you later. I am also hand quilting for a client...pics another

   day.
