Wonderful Sunny Tuesday

Good morning everyone. It is a little cool; of course...but sunny and so much snow has melted. I have appointments in the city today; so won't get much sewing in today.  I wanted to explain why I have had so many little items posted lately instead of my quilts.  Since I hand quilt all of the large quilts; it takes some time.
I don't know if I mentioned it or not; but I open a little shop here in my home during the summer and fall months.  It is getting closer all the time...so; this is what I am squeezing in while hand quilting now. Around the end of April (depending on the weather)...I have to have enough large quilts and a small assortment of

little things for people to stop by and have a look at. So; in comes the pillows, wall hangings, table runners,etc.  I have been doing this for a number of year; and is a great way to meet people...I only put the larger items on my website....but not everyone can take a large quilt back with them...enters the little things...lol.  So; there you go now...my summer is tied up here at home...except on really really hot days; I take my Solstice and take off with the top down....enjoy your day...here is a pic of what I played around with yesterday....
