I am linking up to Monika over at http://needleandthreadnetwork.blogspot.com/2015/07/wip-wednesday-201-tn_14.html and http://www.freshlypieced.com/2015/07/wip-wednesday-scrappy-summer.html
This quilt arrived in its new home a few days ago...
I put this one in the frames to hand quilt this afternoon. It is actually mine...lol. Waiting for the next customer quilt to arrive.
I'll post its progress as I go. I also have the top pieced for a new one...going to piece the back next.
Here is a peek at it...
The past couple of weeks I've been machine quilting quite a few baby quilts. They have been moving out of my shop lately.
This is a few of them...didn't take pics of them all. I also was commissioned to make baby quilts for a new set of twins...by a neighbour. She wanted them made from scraps of her clothing. I finished those today.
Well, just about my bed time...so, I will say good nite and leave you with this post. Enjoy your week...you know we are mid July???????? Darn!!!!
It looks like you are not wasting any time this summer, Marjorie. I'm glad you are doing a quilt for yourself!
ReplyDeleteI'm always amazed at how much you get done. Those baby quilts are cute! Love the idea for a pocket on the front.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous projects - I'm feeling quite inadequate. LOL. They are just lovely - I adore the baby quilts!
ReplyDeleteWow, you are so productive, Marjorie! Thanks for posting to TN&TN's WIP Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteLots of machine quilting and I really like your quilt that you are hand quilting. So neat to add a pocket for a teddybear. I tried in vain to locate it but to no avail. Very cute!
