On the run

Good morning all.....I have apps today so; not a lot of time..but wanted to say hello..I am starting a log cabin quilt. As soon as I get a chance I will post pics of the block...and stages as I go along with it...hope you enjoy it.....and it has not yet stopped raining; slowed down a lot....we have received over 250mm of rain..crazy!!

What is there to say!!!

It is still raining......but I am thinking about doing a little Christmas shopping; almost finished...so might be a good day to get that taken care of...

Oh My!!!!

Rained very hard last night...everything is flooded...ground is like a sponge...it has let up a bit...so we are going to visit the boys and their families for a bit...they all live within an hour of us...so; it is nice. Have a great weekend everyone...gosh; I hope this rain stops soon...but hey; I got all the wood split and piled first...so glad....ttyl....

Rain,rain,go away...lol

It is raining cats and dogs here today and supposedly; tomorrow. So working inside for the day. Maybe go through some clothes and get things in order. Or maybe get into the sewing room for a bit..who knows,eh...

The tides is in and very high, but fortunately it is warm....so; ladies, enjoy your weekend...

Busy morning

Well, I made it!! The lady picked up her 3 quilts this morning; and was pleased. Now having lunch and going to work outside a bit..clean the mess up I made when I splitt wood...hope it's not too too cold...lol.Time to close my little shop for the season...I depend on tourist....so I will have to get things in order there also. Always lots to do,eh....ttys

Sunny morning

Well; I said I would try to be here every day....and here I am..lol.  It is a wonderful morning..I just came in from digging up bulbs for the winter storage..and cleaning some of the mess I made in the field while splitting wood. Mind you; lots more to do and the gardens are all mulched and ready for the cold days and nights....

Guess what!!....lol....I finished the 3rd quilt I was working on for a lady...whooo hooo.......here it is...now to finish the work outside and get started on something new...can't wait.....

Quilt Festival

Sorry to say; I don;t know a thing about the blogger quilt festival. I will have to read more. I promise!!
